3. Booking and Payment Terms

3.1 Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from us via email.

3.2 Payment Terms: Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement or invoice. Generally, we require:

• 50% advance payment upon booking confirmation
• Remaining 50% payment before or on the day of service delivery
• For events: Full payment at least 7 days before the event date

3.3 Accepted Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, UPI, credit/debit cards, and other digital payment methods as specified during booking.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information during booking
• Ensure timely payment as per agreed terms
• Provide necessary permissions, locations, and resources as agreed
• Communicate any changes or requirements in advance
• Respect our team members and equipment

5. Our Responsibilities

• Provide professional services as agreed in the service contract
• Maintain confidentiality of client information
• Deliver services on time as per agreed schedule
• Use professional-grade equipment and skilled personnel
• Provide regular updates on project progress

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Ownership: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in the final deliverables shall be transferred to the client upon full payment.

6.2 Portfolio Use: We reserve the right to use completed projects for our portfolio, marketing materials, and case studies unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place.

6.3 Third-Party Content: Client is responsible for ensuring they have rights to use any third-party content, music, or materials provided to us for the project.

7. Modifications and Revisions

The number of revisions included in each service package will be specified in the service agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

8. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, or equipment failure.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability shall be limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. In case of termination:

• By Client: Refunds will be processed as per our Cancellation and Refund Policy
• By Us: Full refund of advance payment will be provided if no work has commenced

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Arunachal Pradesh, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
