  • WeTransfer: For high-resolution video files
  • Secure FTP: For large-scale projects and ongoing collaborations
  • Client Portal: For registered clients with multiple projects

3. Physical Deliverables

3.1 Physical Media Options

  • USB Flash Drives: Available for all video/photo projects
  • External Hard Drives: For large documentary or multi-event projects
  • DVDs/Blu-rays: Professional authoring with custom menus
  • Printed Materials: Photo albums, posters, promotional materials

3.2 Shipping Methods

  • Local Delivery (Naharlagun/Itanagar): Hand delivery within 2-3 business days - Free
  • Within Arunachal Pradesh: Courier service, 3-5 business days - ₹100-300
  • Northeast India: Courier service, 5-7 business days - ₹300-500
  • Rest of India: Courier service, 7-10 business days - ₹500-800
  • Express Delivery: Available on request with additional charges

3.3 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

  • Delivery location and distance
  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Delivery speed (standard or express)
  • Value of physical media (insurance)

Final shipping costs will be communicated before dispatch and added to the project invoice.

4. Event Tickets

4.1 Digital Tickets

  • Delivery Method: Email and SMS within 24 hours of booking
  • Format: PDF with unique QR code
  • Confirmation: Instant confirmation email
  • Access: Available in your user account dashboard

4.2 Physical Tickets

  • Collection: Available at venue box office on event day
  • ID Required: Valid photo ID matching booking name
  • Pre-event Collection: Available at our office 7 days before event

5. Delivery Terms and Conditions

5.1 Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate delivery address and contact information
  • Be available to receive physical deliveries
  • Download digital files within the specified access period
  • Verify and report any issues within 7 days of delivery
  • Ensure sufficient storage space for large digital files

5.2 Our Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality files in agreed formats
  • Securely package physical media to prevent damage
  • Provide tracking information for all courier shipments
  • Notify clients of any delivery delays
  • Replace damaged items during transit at no additional cost

6. Delays and Force Majeure

Delivery timelines may be extended due to:

  • Additional revision requests beyond agreed scope
  • Delayed client approvals or feedback
  • Technical issues or equipment failures
  • Natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions
  • Courier service delays in remote areas

We will inform clients immediately of any anticipated delays and provide revised delivery dates.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

In case of lost or damaged physical shipments:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of expected delivery
  • We will file a claim with the courier service
  • Replacement media will be prepared and shipped at no cost
  • Digital backup always maintained for 6 months

8. Rush Delivery

Expedited delivery available with:

  • Rush Fee: 25-50% additional charge depending on project
  • Availability: Subject to current workload and team availability
  • Request Timing: Must be requested before project commencement
  • Delivery Reduction: Typically 30-50% faster than standard timelines

9. Quality Assurance

Before delivery, all projects undergo:

  • Quality control checks
  • Format compatibility verification
  • File integrity testing
  • Client preview and approval process
