Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Overview
At Living Dreams Production, we strive to provide exceptional services to all our clients. We understand that circumstances may change, and this policy outlines our terms for cancellations and refunds.
2. Event Ticket Cancellation Policy
2.1 Festival and Concert Tickets
- More than 30 days before event: 80% refund (20% cancellation fee)
- 15-30 days before event: 50% refund (50% cancellation fee)
- 7-14 days before event: 25% refund (75% cancellation fee)
- Less than 7 days before event: No refund
2.2 Event Cancellation by Organizer
If an event is cancelled or postponed by Living Dreams Production:
- Event Cancelled: 100% refund will be processed within 7-10 business days
- Event Postponed: Tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. Refund available upon request (100% of ticket price)
- Venue Changed: Tickets remain valid. Refund available if requested within 48 hours of announcement (100% of ticket price)
3. Production Services Cancellation Policy
3.1 Film & Documentary Production
- Before project commencement: Full refund minus booking fee (10%)
- After project commencement (Pre-production stage): Refund of 60% of total project cost
- During production stage: Refund of 30% of total project cost
- During post-production stage: Refund of 15% of total project cost
- After final delivery: No refund
3.2 Event Management Services
- More than 60 days before event: 90% refund (10% cancellation fee)
- 30-60 days before event: 70% refund (30% cancellation fee)
- 15-30 days before event: 40% refund (60% cancellation fee)
- Less than 15 days before event: No refund (vendor commitments made)
3.3 Music & Sound Design Projects
- Before work begins: Full refund minus 10% booking fee
- After concept approval: 50% refund
- After recording/production begins: 25% refund
- After final mix/master: No refund
4. Workshop & Training Cancellation
- More than 14 days before workshop: 90% refund
- 7-14 days before workshop: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before workshop: No refund, but can transfer to another participant
- Workshop cancelled by us: 100% refund or credit for future workshops
5. Refund Processing
5.1 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you must:
- Send a written request to livingdreamsproduction10@gmail.com
- Include your booking reference number
- Specify the reason for cancellation
- Provide your original payment details for refund processing
5.2 Refund Timeline
- Processing Time: 7-10 business days from approval
- Bank Transfer: 3-5 business days after processing
- Credit/Debit Card: 7-14 business days after processing (depending on your bank)
- Digital Wallets/UPI: 3-5 business days after processing
5.3 Refund Method
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. In exceptional cases, alternative refund methods may be arranged.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Booking and processing fees
- Third-party vendor costs already incurred
- Completed deliverables (final films, recordings, etc.)
- Discounted or promotional services (unless specified otherwise)
- Custom equipment rentals or purchases made for specific projects
7. Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.), we will work with clients to reschedule services or provide alternative solutions. Refund terms may be modified based on circumstances.
8. Disputes
If you dispute a cancellation or refund decision, please contact us at livingdreamsproduction10@gmail.com. We will review your case and respond within 5 business days. Our decision after review will be final.
